Mental Health Resources
Sound mental health is the driver behind more productive people.
Our mental health strategy is to provide mental health options that work to remove barriers to care and provide a continuum of services from providers who meet these needs. There are varying degrees of help a person may need depending on what they are going through. These can include:
- Maintenance for emotional wellbeing
- Short-term issues that can be resolved through sessions with the Employee Assistance program (EAP)
- Self-help using a guided application
- Group therapy sessions
- One-on-one sessions with a licensed professional in either a virtual or in person setting
- Clinical diagnoses that require in-clinic treatment
- A blend of all the above
Brookfield provides access to all the above through the benefit programs including, Aetna Medical and Aetna EAP, Teladoc, Vitality, Lyra Health and Gympass.
