Open Enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your coverage for 2023, sign up for new benefits and elect your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA). The benefits you elect will go into effect January 1, 2023.
Your current elections will remain in place unless you make changes, except for FSAs and HSAs. The IRS requires active enrollment in FSAs and HSAs each year; therefore, your current elections will not roll over. This is your only opportunity to make elections for the coming year unless you experience a qualified change in status.
Introducing Calibrate
This new program supports your weight loss journey by helping you make long-lasting and sustainable changes to your metabolic health. With its unique One-Year Metabolic Reset, you’ll have access to doctor-prescribed medication, one-on-one video coaching and the support you need to make lasting lifestyle changes. To be eligible for Calibrate, you must be enrolled in a Brookfield Aetna medical plan and have a BMI ≥ 30.

WalkMe: The WalkMe tool in Workday will step you through the entire Open Enrollment process to ensure you don’t stumble! Once you’ve logged in to Workday, select the “Need help?” link on the upper right-hand side of your screen and select “Open Enrollment” to launch the WalkMe tool.

How to Enroll
You will receive a task in your Workday inbox, or you can click on Open Enrollment in the Announcements when it is time to complete your enrollment. Make your elections in Workday, then complete the action by clicking “Submit.” Review your 2023 Benefits Guide for step-by-step instructions.
